Calvy supports two payment modes, set in Settings → Payout.
Postpaid (default)
Clients book without paying. You collect at the visit and mark the appointment as paid. Best when you're getting started or don't want online payments yet.
Prepaid
Clients pay online at the moment they book. This dramatically reduces no-shows because people who pay show up. Prepaid requires:
- A supported plan with online payments
- Your bank/KYC details added, and Razorpay connected
To switch to prepaid, add your bank details in Settings → Payout, then select Prepaid.
