The client journey
- They open your booking link.
- They pick a service (and staff member, if you offer choices).
- They choose a date and time from your live availability.
- They enter their name, email, and phone.
- Depending on your payment mode, they either pay online (prepaid) or simply confirm (postpaid).
After booking
- The client gets a confirmation email (and WhatsApp, on supported plans).
- You get a notification in your dashboard (and a push notification if enabled).
- The appointment appears on your calendar automatically.
