What you can do
- Change status: confirmed, completed, cancelled, or no-show
- Mark payment: paid / unpaid
- View details: client, service, staff, time, price, notes
- Cancel: cancelled appointments free the slot again
Rescheduling
Open the appointment and update its time. Cancelled and no-show appointments are excluded from your revenue and no longer block that slot.
Your calendar updates instantly, and conflicting times are blocked automatically.
