If you collect prepaid payments without automatic Route payouts, the funds are tracked as your wallet balance in Dashboard → Wallet.
How the balance works
Your withdrawable balance = paid prepaid bookings − amounts already withdrawn. Payments paid out automatically via Razorpay Route are not counted here (they already went to your bank).
Withdrawing
Add your bank details in Settings → Payout, then request a withdrawal from the Wallet page. Withdrawals are reviewed and released by our team.
