Testing payments with Razorpay test mode

Try the full payment flow safely using Razorpay test cards.

Before going live, test the whole flow using Razorpay test mode (test API keys, rzp_test_…).

Test card

  • Card: 4111 1111 1111 1111
  • Expiry: any future date · CVV: any 3 digits
  • OTP: use 1234 or choose "Success" on the test page

Test UPI

  • Success: success@razorpay · Failure: failure@razorpay

Test mode uses INR, so keep your business currency on INR while testing. When you're ready, switch to your live Razorpay keys, re-create your webhooks for live mode, and complete Razorpay activation/KYC.
