Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, but we may issue a refund for a duplicate charge, a verified technical issue on our side, or a charge made after a valid cancellation. Annual plans can be fully refunded within the first 7 days if largely unused. To request one, email support@calvy.io from your account email.
Booking refunds (your clients)
When a client pays you for a booking, you handle any refund to that client โ Calvy provides the payment technology but isn't a party to that transaction. Refund a client's booking payment from your Razorpay dashboard.
