If a subscription charge fails, your plan status may show past due.
How to fix it
- Open Dashboard → Billing.
- Click Sync to refresh the latest status from Razorpay.
- If it's still past due, re-subscribe to the plan — you'll be taken to a fresh Razorpay checkout to update payment.
Common causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank decline. Using a different card usually resolves it. Your data is safe during this time.
