Fixing a failed subscription payment

What to do if your plan shows past due or a payment didn't go through.

If a subscription charge fails, your plan status may show past due.

How to fix it

  1. Open Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Sync to refresh the latest status from Razorpay.
  3. If it's still past due, re-subscribe to the plan — you'll be taken to a fresh Razorpay checkout to update payment.

Common causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank decline. Using a different card usually resolves it. Your data is safe during this time.
