Add your team in Dashboard → Staff, and set availability in Settings → Availability.
Staff
Each staff member has their own name, role, and working hours. Clients can pick a specific person when booking (or "any available").
Working hours & slot interval
In Settings → Availability you set the days and hours you're open, and your slot interval (e.g. every 15, 30, or 60 minutes). Calvy only offers clients times that fit within your hours and don't overlap existing bookings.
The number of staff you can add depends on your plan.
